Meet Our Next Level Staff

DIRECTOR

Amber will oversee the registrations on all our sports and handle the admin task. She has been and will continue to be a big part in Next Level’s growth! Amber and Dorman have been married for 13 years. They have 3 boys who have been in the Next Level Program, Hayden (19), Case (18), Clayton AKA Speedy (13), and one daughter Makayla (17).

I founded Next Level Sports in 2014 with one mission—to provide young athletes with an opportunity to grow through sports while building confidence, character, leadership, and a lifelong love for competition. Although Next Level officially began in 2014, I’ve been coaching, mentoring, and directing youth sports programs since 2008.

Today, I serve as the Girls Athletics Coordinator at Burnet Middle School, where I coach girls basketball, track, and assist with football. Throughout my coaching career in both UIL public schools and TAPPS private schools, I’ve been fortunate to be part of multiple deep playoff runs in football and basketball, coach at the highest levels of AAU basketball, and help athletes reach the AAU Junior Olympic Games in track and field.

My passion has never been just about winning games, it’s about developing young people. Every athlete who comes through Next Level is challenged to become a better teammate, stronger competitor, and higher-character individual. Our goal is to create an environment where athletes can develop their skills, compete with confidence, and prepare for success both in sports and in life.

When I’m not coaching, I’m spending time with my wife, Carrie, our son Ryder, and our family. Faith, family, and serving others are the foundation of everything we do at Next Level.

Assistant Director, Media, Assistant Flag Football Coordinator, Sponsorships and Fund Raising Lead

Clint has been involved with Next Level for the past 3 years. He currently coaches 2 of our flag football teams and is also the Assistant Coach of our 8U Outlawz Baseball Team. Clint and Charli have been married for 12 years and they have 2 Next Level Athletes Laynee (11) and Kyler (7) Clint has been taking on more responsibilities in our leadership team and looks forward to the growth of the Next Level Brand.

Bear has been involved with Next Level for the past 7 years. Currently Bear oversees our 7u-15u baseball teams and is currently the head coach of our 10u/11u team. Bear and Lynn have been married for 20 years! They have 2 Next Level athletes Paxton (14) and Landry (10). Our Next Level Outlawz Program has been in the rise since Bear has overseen the program winning multiple tournaments and most importantly creating faithful young men and turning them into great teammates and even better people!

Tylor has had 8+ years involvement with Next Level and has ran the flag football for the past 3 years. During that time, he has grown the league year after year with this fall getting a fast start having 51 athletes signed up in just 3 days!!! Tylor and Courtnie have been married for 9 years, and they have 2 Next Level Athletes Easton (7), Xavier (5) and have a future Next Level athlete in Collins who is 2. Tylor has been a huge part of Next Level, not only helping out where he is needed, but also coaching the younger teams and teaching them the techniques which will grow their skill set.

Chad has been part of Next Level for the past 4 years. Chad oversees all our softball organizations from 10u-14u and is currently the head coach of our 14U National and 12U Teams. Chad and Brittney recently celebrated 10 years. of marriage! They have 4 Next Level Athletes, Lynnlee (14), Samantha (11), Pepper (6), and Billy (5) Chad has brought a winning culture to our Next Level organization bringing home multiple championships in all age divisions and putting the Next Level Bandits on the map in the softball world!

Bradly has been a part of the Next Level Organization for 3 years. He is also the Assistant Head Coach for our 11U Next Level Outlawz. Bradly and Raven have been married for 15 years! They have seven Next Level Athletes, Addison (17) McKenley (15) Aubree (13) Maci (11) Anderson (10) Maverick (9) Axel (7) Bradly has been a massive asset to Next Level stepping in wherever he is needed and always going above and beyond.
